We wish to object to the above planning
application on the following grounds:
over development of site
poor aesthetic design, which we believe,
would be contrary to the UDP PolicyE2.3
we believe that the development once
completed will add significant noise and disturbance to
surrounding residential areas, contrary to UDP Policy E.3.1
we believe that the development will do
nothing to upgrade the local environment,contray to UDP
Policy E.3.4.
